 design to purify the SS/TDS, hardness, bacteria, organic matter, chemical clear

 and products,to purify the SS/BOD/COD, toxic chemical, heavy metal clear

 

The purification rate analysis of purification products, design and application:

 

1. If not established the instant decomposing, purification and separation design and

    application to purify the contaminants clear effectively, purified the water, waste

    water up to crystal clear, the purification rate of long times purification effect up

    to 99~99.9% and the the maximum instant purification rate up to 90~99%

2. If can be established the instant decomposing, purification and separation design

    and application to purify the contaminants clear effectively, purified the water,

    wastewater up to crystal clear, the instant purification rate are easy to be

    controlled up to 99~99.9%

                   and design being applied at the water, wastewater purification process design and

                 contaminants and long times purification effect to purify the contaminations clear

                 up to crystal clear water at high purification rate, but the test result can not matched

                 the practical process purification effect to purify all the contaminants clear up to

                 crystal clear water at high purification rate for effective purification treatment, Due

                 to the purification effect are different at conventional pilot test and conventional

                 practical process purification application:

                 a) during purification treatment, the contaminations of conventional pilot test are

                     batched, fixed and easy to be controlled to be decomposed and purified clear at

                     long times purification treatment

                 b) during purification treatment, the contaminations of conventional process design        

                     are always varied, hard to be decomposed and purified clear instanlty

                 c) the conventional process purification design and application (except RO/distiller)

                     have not instant separation design to purify and separate the contaminants out of

                     process water and wastewater, during the purification treatment, the contents of

                     contaminations would be accumulated increasingly to be reduced down the process

                     purification effect effectively, like:

               1. biotreatment:  a) the SS/BOD/COD purification rate of conventional random

                                             test up to 80~90%

                                         b) the SS/BOD/COD purification rate of conventional process

                                              purification treatment are normally up to 70~75%

                                          c) if not controlled the filamental organisms effectively, the SS/

                                              BOD/COD purification rate are reduced down to <50~70%

               2. 5~1 micron filter: a) the purification rate of random test can be purified the

                                                  bacteria, molds, organisms clear up to 90~99%, reduced

                                                  the bacteria count down to <100 CFU/ml

                                              b) the purification effect of 5~1 micron filter can be purified

                                                   the microorganisms clear up to 90~99%, or reduced the

                                                   bacteria count down to <100 CFU/ml at initially use

                                               c) If not controlled the 5~1 micron filter at aseptic process

                                                   purification application, after 3~7 days filtration, the

                                                   purified water will be contaminated with 105 CFU/ml

                                                   bacterial contaminations

1. The pilot test of conventional purification products, design and application

    (except RO/distiller unit) are hard to be established the instant purification

    effect to purify the water, wastewater up to crystal clear at high purification

    rate, So the test result are only acted as the reference data, but can not applied

    at the practical water, waste water purification process design and application

2. The purification effect of nano-polymer pilot test are same as RO/distiller unit

    which can be purified the contaminations of water, wastewater clear up to

  crystal clear water at high purification rate, So it can be replaced the distiller/

    RO unit to do effective water, waste water purification process design and

    application

 

  The comparison of RO/distiller and Nano-polymer application

1. The purification effect of RO/distiller are designed at the invariable purification

    rate to do the fixed and tough purification design and application

    a. purification rate:  RO unit: 90~99%   distiller unit: 85~99%

    b. purification effect: to purify and separate all the contaminants clear up to crystal clear

                                  water instantly and simultaneously (contaminants out of purified water)

                                  1) RO unit are suitable for low contaminations of clear water and waste

                                      water purification treatment application

                                  2) distiller unit are suitable for all contamination contents of water and

                                      waste water purification treatment application

                                      a) to distillate the high SS/BOD/COD contaminations of water,

                                          wastewater up to transparent clear water, wastewater effectively

                                      b) to distillate the low SS/BOD/COD contaminations of water, waste

                                          water up to crystal clear water, wastewater effectively

2. The purification effect of Nano-polymer are designed at the variable purification

    rate to do the simple, convenient, effective purification design and application

    a. purification rate:  adjustment to 50~99.5% up to dosage application

    b. purification effect: to purify all the contaminants clear up to crystal clear water instantly

                                    and simultaneously (contaminants still within the purified water and

                                    needed to be separated after purification treatment)

                                    a) to purify the high SS/BOD/COD contaminations of water, waste

                                        water up to transparent clear water, wastewater effectively

                                    b) to purify the low SS/BOD/COD contaminations of water, waste

[step 1]  sampling 20 liters water, wastewater, wasted solutions into barrel-1 for

              batched pilot test, take 200 cc sample S1 to check SS/BOD/COD contents

[step 2]  add 20~40 cc cc polymer A diluent into barrel-1, mixing 1~2 minutes,

[step 3]  add 20~40 cc polymer B diluent into barrel-1, mixing 1~2 minutes,

              take 200 cc sample S2 to check SS/BOD/COD contents

              repeat step 2, 3 procedure for further effective purification effect

[step 4]  add 20~40 cc polymer A diluent into barrel-1, mixing 1~2 minutes,

[step 5]  add 20~40 cc polymer B diluent into barrel-1, mixing 1~2 minutes,

              take 200 cc sample S3 to check SS/BOD/COD contents

[step 1]  continuous transported 1000 liters water, wastewater into barrel-1 for the continuous

              mixing & reaction tanks, take 200 cc sample S1 to check SS/BOD  /COD contents

           

[step 2]  continuous add 1~2 liters polymer A diluent and 1~2 liters polymer B diluent

              into barrel-1 continuous mixing & reaction tanks, mixing 1~2 minutes,

 

[step 3]  the reacted water, wastewater are continuous flowing into the sedimentation reaction

              tanks for effective purification reaction and sedimentation

 

[step 4]  after step 3 sedimentation reaction, the purfied water, wastewater are through the

              continuous purification & separation design and unit for purify the purified water

              clear and feedback the coagulated silt into barrel-1 continuous mixing & reaction

              tanks for further effective purification application, take 200 cc sample S2 to check

              SS/BOD/COD contents

 

[step 5]  to check S1, S2 SS/BOD/COD/TDS contents and monitor the SS/BOD/COD/TDS, colour,

              heavy metal purification & removing rate for effective purification process design and application
