Due to the unit operation effect of conventional filtration and membrane separation are hard to concentrate, extract, screen, filter, purify, separate, dewater and dry the bio-matters of biologicals, microorganisms and bio-enzyme effectively to do the simple, fast, economic, convenient and effective concentration, extraction, screening, filtration, purification, dewatering, separation and drying application

We described the comparsion of new innovative self flush filtration and membrane separation design and conventional filtration and membrane separation design, and the point of new innovative self flush filtration and membrane separation design and conventional filtration and membrane separation design being applied at biotechnology process operation and application

              The conventional filtration technique, design and application are normally

       applied the 5~1 mm metal filter, 10~400 metal mesh and 100~1 micron filter

       cloth or cartridges at solid, powder, water, liquid, process treatment for

       concentration, screening, filtration, purification, separation, dewatering and

       drying application over 100 years, 

       Up to now, they can still not breakthrough and overcome the accumulative

       cake filtration effect of filter media, and hard to control the filtration cake

       variation of filter media to do the wide and effective concentration,

       screening, filtration, purification, separation, dewatering and drying
