       The unit operation of bio-purification technique, design and application of

       concentration, screening, filtration, purification, separation and sterilization

       operation and application are applied to purify and separate the biomolecules

         To monitor the bacterial contaminations of pre-sterilization and disinfection water,

         liquid and products, and setted up the expected sterilization rating effect under the

         expected sterilization temperature, dosage, concentration and times design to sterilize

         low than 1~100 CFU/ml
